Keep watching my pals

Like the link below says the Everlea video is on Much Music’s site and I would appreciate you showing it some plays to get on air. Here is one of the last and more obscure shots from a recent shoot with my friends.

Cigarettes on MuchMusic

That music video I did earlier this year is up on Much Music’s page! If you’re Canadian and want to go check that there, please do! LINK

In other news, I’m home from Vancouver/Victoria and working on catching up! Very cool trip out that way! Intense and enjoyable all at the same time. Thanks to Jamie Tanner for saving my life! I’ll get new pics and all the jazz going on here real soon. Sorry about the header not working right now, it may be ruining your blogging experience but we’re on it!

What I give to you is just what I’m going through

The last acoustic video from Justin and I for a little bit. Here is him covering Damien Rice’s Volcano on top of a baseball diamond on Queen St. Be sure to go see Everlea play at the Mod Club in Toronto this coming Saturday! Unfortunately I’m still in Victoria getting tossed around by the ocean but have a good time in my place and I’ll keep trying to make photos out this way.

Vancouver Portraits

As promised, not too long ago, here are some portraits from Vancouver. I am aware of many unfufilled promises on this blog and upon my return to Ontario I will get on those but alas, I can only show you these for now. Hopefully some cool updates as I continue to work out here. All edited on my laptop so no promises of fidelity as I’m not quite adjusted to it.

First up, my friend Mark Cohene and I went up to Whistler and in an effort to kill sometime at one point. We shot eachother’s portrait. I think I nearly died of hypothermia while shooting this.

Second, is Harrison from Defgrip. Shot in extremely low light at Vancouver’s art gallery.

Victoria

Sorry for the lack of updates. I took a few portraits in the past few days of Vancouver that I’m going to post as soon as I can but for now here is quick edit of a quick photo I took while waiting for the ferry to head to Victoria BC (where I am now). If I’m slow on emails or any of that jazz, this is my excuse.

A Day Late, A Dollar Short

The 3rd video from a little acoustic series with Justin Dube of Everlea. Next week will be the last one for a while since that is all we have done and I’m travelling for a couple weeks. We have one planned for December and will probably do some other stuff here and there.

NEW EVERLEA PROMO

My best friends Everlea are playing the Mod Club in Toronto on November 21st. I was planning on being there but things happen and now I’ll be on the otherside of the country but please fill my place and have a great time there. They will have a bunch of copies of Mountains at their merch table as well. I’ll post a few more from this shoot in the next few days but I’m heading out to enjoy the nicest November I can remember right now!

TEAGAN AGAIN

Nicest November weather ever these past days. Heading to BC early Thursday morning for some cool stuff, hopefully I’ll keep on top of blogging from there.

From Another Lens

My friend Jamie just put up the last of the Circa Survive video blogs. These are by far the most creative video blogs I have ever seen. In their own special way each one has become it’s own unique little cinematic experience. On top of that, the band and the record being documented in them is something truly worthy of being told all the wonderful stories about. From the parts I heard being recorded, this record will be one that is listened to on repeat for years not days and will leave a serious impact. I was lucky enough to be able to do my part in photographing much of the process and in the months to come those photos will make their way out there but for now, watch Jamie’s last installment into the world of Circa Survive’s third full length (PS – I make a cameo).
